Every month, our Stamp Club has a challenge that focuses on a particular card making technique, color combination, competition to guess which member made the project, and other fun themes! The winner gets a stamping related prize as well. This month, we are focusing on making projects by using our scraps. This was a suggestion by one of our club members, Maggie. Let’s face it — We ALL have scraps in our stashes of paper, die cuts, embellishments, and so on.
The cards that I’m sharing today were made to bring your eyes to the focal point that was made with scraps of DSP and arranged in a very fun angle. Take a look at the picture below. They are really fun and quick to make. Just think about all the color combinations you will be able to make from your paper scraps stash!
I hope you’ll take a few minutes to look at the video that is linked below to learn more about this technique. Then, look through your stash of crafty supplies and use some of your scraps to make similar cards. I would love to see what you make!
